New York residents are invited to join in a class-action lawsuit against ADHC and Ernest Remo in a fraudulent hijacking that affected their securities.

 

All shareholders in United States May apply to join the class action lawsuit however because of jurisdiction and the New York statutes the residents of New York will be provided special privileges.

 

Adhc is a Nevada company from its inception never a Wyoming company. The hijacker Ernest Remo is a resident of California. California Department of fraud will be launching a separate investigation into Mr. Remo’s activities. The complaint delayed due to Covid restrictions now continues with the Spanish management arriving in USA Nov 15 to be deposed and proceed against Mr. Remo actions.  A separate Nevada complaint was reported and is in the process of investigation. Mr. Remo is being deposed by the plaintiff Nevada ADHC on Thursday, Oct 28 2021 under oath. 

 

Adhc quoted on OTC has a good possibility of earning skull and bones and a cease trade. All shareholders are welcome to join in the class-action lawsuit
